How do I place an order?

  • Add items to your Shopping Cart. You can remove items easily if you change your mind.

  • Click the Purchase button on the Shopping Cart page.

  • Fill in your billing address. (This should be the same as your credit card billing address)

  • Choose a shipping method.

  • Click the button for whether you want to Ship to Same Address or Ship to Different Address.

  • If shipping to a different address, enter the address. Then click the Submit Shipping Information button.

  • Enter your Credit Card information.

  • Click the Purchase button.

  • You will then arrive at a confirmation page. Your order confirmation and order number will be also emailed to you.

  • Important : Please be sure to enter your correct email address. If you mistype your email address we will not be able to send you your  order confirmation message or your order shipment confirmation.

Only credit cards can be taken online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The order and payment information you provide will be sent electronically and securely. Your order will be processed immediately. You will receive an email within 60 minutes confirming your order. Do you have a catalog?


We do not have a printed catalog since all our items are on our website.  However, we issue electronic catalog quarterly.  Please join our email list to be notified when the next catalog is issued.

How will I get confirmation that my order shipped?

 

The itemized order confirmation is automatically emailed to you.  You will receive a second email when the order ships showing total amount to be charged. The second email will be updated to show the exact quantities being sent and total cost.  This email will also include a tracking number (if available).

 

Please Note:  It is very important that you enter your correct email address when you place your order. If you mistype your email address, we will not be able to send you your order confirmation, tracking number and order shipment confirmation.

How long does it take for an order to ship and what will the shipping charges be?

 

Standard ground shipping orders usually takes 5-8 business days for West Coast, 3-5 business days for Midwest and 1-4 days for East Coast locations.  If you have any other questions on our shipping policy please us email at: service@artscraftsusa.com or call us at: 301-379-7126, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST..

 

What are my shipping options?  

 

Currently, we offer standard US domestic ground shipping using U.S. Postal Service Standard or Priority Mail.  We charge a flat-rate of $6.99 per order, regardless of size or weight.  We also offer FREE SHIPPING (standard US domestic ground) on all continental US orders over $125.

 

Please be advised that we use USPS Priority Mail for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses.

 

APO & FPO addresses: Unfortunately, USPS Priority Mail orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses cannot be tracked. Arts Crafts USA can not be responsible for United States Postal Service shipments. We recommend that you contact us prior to placing your order if you are uncertain which shipping method to choose. Our representatives will be happy to assist you with this issue. Your order will not be trackable or insurable. Arts Crafts USA will not accept any responsibility for lost APO, FPO shipments. APO customers are 100% responsible for delivery of the products once they have shipped from our facility.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally.  However, postage is determined by weight and final destination.  Prior to accepting international shipments, we confirm final shipping cost via email.  We prepare all shipping documents but will not undervalue the invoice.

How do I know if my items are available?

 

We do not carry inventory in all items shown in our store.  We work closely with our vendors to maintain adequate inventory in the more popular items, while ensuring quick turnaround on special ordered items.  We have an effective ordering systems that keep all order following smoothly.  If for some reason your order will take longer than 7 days to ship, we will contact you via email to confirm this situation. You may opt to cancel at this time.

What is your Return Policy?

 

If any of the items from your order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact a customer service representative for assistance within 2 business days of delivery by calling 301-379-7126 or by sending an email containing your name, order number and a description of the problem to service@artscraftsusa.com.  We will issue you a return authorization number that should be placed on the box.

If you have been shipped an incorrect item, please email service@artscraftsusa.com with the order number and a brief description of the mis-shipment.

If for any reason you do not want to keep an item you have purchased, you may return any unused, unopened, undamaged item within 15 days from the time of receipt for a refund of the item’s purchase price. Please be advised that items must be repacked in the original box used to ship it to you. Please contact us by email at service@artscraftsusa.com for your Return Authorization Number (within 15 days of purchase). Items to be returned must be authorized first. Once the number has been issued, please print it on the outside of the box.

 

NOTE: We cannot accept returns without the Return Authorization Number.

 

Please Note the Following:

  • Arts Crafts USA is not responsible for any return that is lost or damaged during shipment back to our warehouse. For customer security, please only ship returns via carriers with tracking services or by insured federal mail.

  • Credit will not be issued for any item received broken, damaged, opened, visibly used, or 15 days after the order was placed.

  • Original and return shipping charges will not be credited.

  • Items cannot be returned for an exchange of any other item. Items can be returned for credit only. (See return instructions above)

  • For questions regarding the processing status of returned orders, contact the returns department at service@artscraftsusa.com Please remember that, depending on the return shipping method, it may take up to three weeks for your order to be delivered.

How long does my refund take?

 

Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email stating the amount we are crediting your credit card. Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return. It may take up to two credit card statements for your credit to appear.
